Yeah that was another great performance by him in that scene. Imo he was by far the best actor in the show, thats no insult to any of the other actors by any means they're all phenomenal as well, but Paul Anderson i felt just brought a raw realness to the show with all his scenes. The scene where he found out Tommy was supposedly dying was also amazing, when he was crying looking at John's picture saying "The fucking both of you" and just grabbed a hold of Tommy, just an incredible performance.

Even in the finale where he tells uncle Charlie to leave then be they’re still in France.. great moment and phenomenal actor

sorry if people have already said it, but if you remember, tommy had seizures before meeting ruby when in the beginning of the season, while the doctor says he probably picked it up from his daughter. little detail that foreshadows the plot.

I think Tommy's seizures could have been a result of the horrific head injury in season 3.

I gotta say Paul Anderson who played Arthur killed it in every single scene, dude always felt so real. Especially the scene at Tommy's daughters funeral, the way he had to be held up and he looked so messed up and couldn't even hardly form a sentence, you'd think he was legit at his own daughter's funeral that performance was so hauntingly real. Dude deserved all the emmys for his performance.

Okay. Lots to say. First, I'm sad I wasn't able to make the LIVE watch. But, my habit is to sleep early & wake up early to get things done before work. Second, and I know this is easy to say in hindsight, but if I had said it earlier, it could have come off as spoilery, even tho I had no idea, because I still hadn't watched ahead. But, I suspected that Tommy's illness was faked. What I didn't know, however, was that they were expecting him to kill himself. I thought they just wanted him to give up. So I thought he was going to fulfill their wishes by living with his Gypsy people again. I also thought that Gina was behind it too; not just Mosley. And yes, Nikki, I hated Gina more than any other female character (that smug face is what gets me - lol). Third, did you notice that Tommy didn't even answer Charlie's question. The man does not like questions. And last, it has to be said...I love Alfie. He better be in the movie. Another awesome series that I put off watching, but got to watch along with you guys. A truly awesome series. It ranks right up there with the rest of the best.
