I think this was one of Ted's best speeches. It wasn't just for the team. It was for himself. You can see how he's starting to confront his emotions rather than hiding them behind false or overly sugary positivity. Next episode is one of the best. A lot of people think it's more standalone, but I think really sets up the rest of the season well.

I thought if you got two yellow cards in the same match, you're immediately removed from the match, and your team plays a man down. Two yellows = 1 Red

Immediate red card can be a 1-3 game ban. Violent conduct (punches, head butts etc) will get a 3 game ban. If you get 2 yellow cards in the same game you will be banned for your next game. If you accumulate 10 yellow cards in either half of the season (first 19 games or final 19 games) you will also receive a 2 game ban.
