I do like Jamie in the job position he has. He gets work done, but that choice he made for Beth, no. Another emotional episode. Are they going to reveal who is killing the Native American women or is it just a "oh it happens all the time and we need to build a council." I remember some of the things I learned in Native American studies when I was in film school. I know the shit their ancestors went through. A lot of non white people.

I’m not sure how well those types of clinics on the rez would have explained it but regardless Beth was born in 84 and they stopped doing those by 76. And even if some carried on past 1976 I don’t think they carried on into the 90s when she was a teen. Idk. The writing on that is very ehh. But since this show is over dramatic soapy at times I let it go a little but ngl it does kinda bother me.

Honestly, it's just really bad writing. No psychos outside the clinic screaming baby killer? A full on hysterectomy mentioned once, breezily to the person who was not even getting it. And every clinic, everywhere, ask one final time, explaining all the complications before finally carrying out the procedure. Terrible, terrible writing.

Man every time i watch these scenes i just think if someone did that to my daughter id rip him to pieces. John has so much restraint here to not just kill Jamie.

I still don’t really understand how no one noticed she had a hysterectomy. It takes 6 weeks of in bed rest to recover from that type of surgery. Plus she would have a lot of side effects from going into pre menopause at such a young age idk. But anyways I think Jamie did it out of the pressure John was putting on him to protect the family. Not saying Jamie isn’t to blame. I’m just saying it’s also John’s fault.

I agree. Yellowstone is a great show but 1883 is even better imo.

The name Crow Nation or some form of its derivative would be pretty cool for your followers tuning in for Yellowstone reactions! The name also ties the best show ever and favorite of many, “Sons of Anarchy “. Anyway, that’s my vote!

Beth’s perspective about the ranch makes more sense when you learn of her sterilization as well. Her wanting to get rid of the big table and give the ranch to Kaycee. She knows there is no future generations and legacy for her 🥺. The ranch is a huge reminder of what she’ll never have.

You have to watch 1883, and I would recommend now being the time to do so . Reason being is there are scenes in there that reference the Buttons future. I would like to comment further but I can't without spoiling it. All I can do is guarantee you will have a fuller understanding of EVERYTHING as to why this Ranch is so important to their legacy. Also 1883 wasn't something I thought I would like, I have to say hands down I have never loved a show more than this one. Nikki you better have a stockpile of tissue handy. I literally sobbed myself to death. Plus Faith and Tim Mcgraw rocked their roles. I know you have slot on your plate but this is seriously highly reccommended!!!!
