Just an update, sadly my kitty didn't make it. :(
Long story short, his bladder became completely blocked from a inherited condition called FIC. And was in tremendous pain, even after one intervention, it came back again worse. So eventually we had to make a decision to put him out of his pain. v_v Only 1.5 years old, but was the cuddliest cat ever had and will be missed. thanks for all the positive vibes I been sent.
PS: burying a pet beneath a tree is a nice thought, but you're fighting SO MANY ROOTS while digging. Just a small PSA...

I'm so sorry for your loss, that's never easy. We had to put down our dog we've had for a decade plus this year, and the vet shared some words, that it was much kinder to have them go out peacefully, knowing you were there and loved them, then to try and push on and suffer. Sounds like you did everything you could, and made it easy as possible for them. Hopefully life is much kinder to you and yours going forward.
