I hope you appreciate the draconian measures we have been forced to take in order to motivate you to have a better work performance, instead of simply firing you.

With this way of treating worst employees it would be a very good company :) ....or you have people like me. Casue then some would become worst employees on purpose XD

Excellent. You should take what measures you can to keep good employees. Or at least keep the ones who wear furry boots and have cute feet. Management’s always got reasons…
