One year later, have I regained my health?

It's been a year since...what's that? you must be thinking.
I got sick last year, and during the past year I have been trying to regain my health.
As it turns out, I am “physically healthy now.
Let me explain the situation last year: since the beginning of the year 2023, I have been in poor health and my symptoms are
I feel tired, I can't move as much as I want, and I get tired easily
I have stiff shoulders, stiff neck, and stiffness in my legs
I have diarrhea every time I eat
These are symptoms that I have had for a long time, but they seem to have gotten worse. In addition to this, around February, symptoms of discomfort and pain in the lower abdomen appeared, and I could not stand it any longer, so I went to the hospital for an examination...but they could not find any disease.
There were lulls after that, but the symptoms themselves did not improve. Just about the end of July, the condition worsened, and it became too painful to move my body, and I was in bed for about a week. In August, I went to a hospital to undergo tests...but no disease was found. The doctor concluded that it was due to poor lifestyle and stress.
...well I think you are right. My life is terrible.

A bad role model. This went on for years. That's why my body was out of order. Especially in 2022, the previous year, I painted without sleep and pushed myself too hard, so I think it took an extra toll on my body.
I then reviewed my lifestyle to regain my health.
Improving my diet
Exercise
These are the two points. I tried to improve these two points without once thinking about correcting my lifestyle rhythm.
Within a month, I saw the effects of my efforts and my physical condition visibly improved. In six months, I lost 10 kg of weight, my belly, which used to look like a pregnant woman's, was hollowed out until I could see the shape of the muscles, and I no longer have stiff shoulders, which used to be terrible, and I don't feel sick anymore. It's amazing.
Even though my health has improved, I still have some accidents, and in 2024.
I lost a tooth
I lost my sense of taste, and it became difficult to smell
The joint of the little finger of my right hand went wrong
It's like this. I'm enjoying myself because I have something every year hahaha!
I also have trouble thinking and concentrating and can't work for long periods of time.
That's the reason why my activity is slow this year. Well, you know. No matter how much I try to regain my health, the damage has already accumulated. There is no way to get back to normal. And then there's aging...it's sad.
So far we have talked about the physical, but what about the mental? Physical stress can be eliminated, but mental stress is inevitable. There is nothing we can do about it. I'm going to take it easy so that I don't go under.
