Big Changes to the File Structure:
'SEUS PBR' versions aka '[SEUS PTGI HRR 2.1]' only versions are discontinued, this does not mean that Optimum Realism cannot be played with the SEUS shaders anymore, just that a specific version to abide by the SEUS' format and similar shaders won't be created anymore. You can use the same version for SEUS format shaders as well as the LabPBR shaders, the version that will be issued will be fully 'LabPBR compliant' which means that it follows the format used by most shaders that are being updated after 2022 however it will visually give very similar results even on shaders that use the SEUS format.

Sugarcane is added with a model, which makes it much more pleasing
Cactus also comes with a model now, and two cactus now spawn where a single one would've spawned.

When will the next update come out?
The next update is coming out pretty soon, I've managed to get on some time and I've already worked quite a lot for the next update. I was hoping to add it, but I decided not to take things hastily and plan more about what's next to come.

The 512x for Bedrock version link is giving me the 2.4.0 instead of 2.5.0

It's still available for all the previous versions and at special requests if you plan on showcasing the current version. (As you don't require the full pack to showcase in a scene)

Mega does have some download limitations, however, they depend from region to region, so far this is the only reliable upload source, you're free to recommend any better options. So far this is the best site I found to store the files for my purpose and for user convenience.

Is this supposed to work for Minecraft v1.19.2? Older versions of Optimum are only downloadable via media fire, which I need to either pay for, or wait 5 hours.
