I think it's common with hentai- since artists always charge extra per-character, most people don't want to shell out 25-50% of the original price for a DUDE, so they're just like "Well, how about another chick?" or just make it one of those "penis on the bottom of the page" sex drawings. I mean, I've asked for standard sex once or twice, but why NOT ask for two booby pics for the cheaper price?
