Well since I've never read a Gwenpool comic I don't have much to chime in with, but in any case to each their own.

I dunno, I thought SpiderGwen was derivative as hell as well and this is a derivative character from a derivative character. I mean, I'm fine with their porn, but the comics? No. I rather stick to my Image and Dark Horse books.

It's rare for sure, probably because they can be a challenge to render in the style I use lol. It's fine for a commission but it might be a bit much for a comic character who I'd have to draw several times per page lol.

You nailed it, I'm glad marvel went in that direction instead of Gwen Stacy from another alternate universe who gets Deadpool powers instead of spider powers. Tracy scops (also on patreon) did a few sex parody comics involving her addressing stuff like how in 616 marvel they are pretty much like barbie dolls

no you got a pretty good impression of her, but what i love about the series is how she starts with a disregard for everything and how she learns from the various charters she comes across, with pretty funny results. i would recommend the series to any people who what see a character go through an arc where they actually learn something that has a lot fun humor and has good beginning middle and end. also doesn't hurt that she is fine as fresh huckleberries.

That's pretty spot on, Gwenpool is all about breaking the 4th wall in silly and cute ways. Even though she has no active relation to Deadpool you could make the argument that she fills the same roll X-23 does for Wolverine - giving a hot lady alternative to a character to A.) Appeal to a female audience and B.) Get away with some sexy stuff. She's a fun character with fun stories. Definitely enjoy the pic, too! Though I'll admit, her hood/goggles combo is pretty adorable in and of itself. One of the things I love about her design over DP's is the open face, which makes her so much more expressive.
