Ooh, yeah- good comment! I hadn't noticed the warmth of the light until you pointed it out. Real, accurate "skin lighting" is tough to get right, as technically skin is very much more "red" than we typically think it is, owing to our blood right beneath the surface.

Hey thanks! the lighting was a bit of a product of the reference image, which was a CG render of the character. I plucked the colors straight from it to maintain a consistent look, and I think in the process I leveled up a bit on how warm light affects skin. Looking forward to putting it into practice more in the future.

Wowzers... I'll be honest, this is probably one of your best works yet... her face, body, and proportions are perfect! The lighting also looks spectacular! Makes me think that maybe you should tackle a full fantasy comic one of these days, think your style is perfect for a book like that!

God damn- love that dark, angry expression. Your women look SO GOOD when they're angry or annoyed. It's just the best thing :). Love her proportions, and the focus on those abs, too. The bad-ass leggings and the cool hair are highlights, as well.
