DumbAndDumber had the best rehearsing what to say vs reality scene. It's Ok build up the scene. I believe, in the biz, they call that character development. I think it's cute how Abbey is nervous and Casey is oblivious (well a little rn).

If you gotta slow the pace down for the sake of characterization, then you slow the f--k down, my man. Part of the problem with entertainment these days is everybody is in such a damn hurry. Don't be afraid to decompress your storytelling! I support your decision to not immediately jump into the sexy times here.

Casey seems to be just a tad clueless that Abbey is pulling her leg and that she wants to jump her bones just as much as she does. But letting things progress slowly with these two could be very sensual and exciting.

Considering how long awaited this scene has been, a few pages of buildup is definitely fine. Their personalities are so opposite a cut to the sex would be just confusing. Like: this is hot but how did we get here. Also, Considering thease two characters definitely have some past wounds to mend between them it would be nice to see them open up and interact. Sure hope casey brought some booze though. Abbey could definitely use something to lighten up.

While the pages might seem like they're moving at a glacial pace when released (although I've never felt that way personally) you may also want to consider something else. When people go back and read older chapters, especially new fans drawn in during the middle of an arc, that slow pace is considerably faster. I know that sort of thing doesn't fix what might be perceived as an issue in the present but I think an occasional slower pace brought on by upload trends is an ideal sacrifice for things flowing a lot better when reading the finished chapters after the fact. it makes for a much more complete feeling story and gives the characters, world, and pacing time to exist outside of the sex. Which is something I think most pornographic content forgets to do. To date I think Switch and TRW are some of the rare exceptions to that trend.

Eh, there's no problem with taking your time to get to sex. Sometimes you need the buildup, and the fun is in seeing characters squirm while the tension grows.

There should probably be a brief time skip to them having a 2-3 page conversation for brevity. Shots of them doing those activities with a line of comments about it sprinkled through would ecapsulate the time spent.
