Everyone is commenting on the cooking torch with the ham, and I don't know enough about them to say if that's normal. But I just want to know why he's doing this At School. While on the clock. Is he that bored? Is it dinner? Do we even know if the man has a family he might be bringing the ham home to? I have so many questions!

Well, cured hams are cured, that specifically looks like a cooked ham tho. I think most ham people eat is the cooked kind (Google image searched for ham, and didn't see a cured one until way late into the results). Torching it a bit before eating though is just... Nice. <3
