This one's based on the "breast milk coffee girl" meme going around on Twitter now, but it's fully canonical and takes place before the events of the visual novel, during Switch. Hope you like it!
Ever since hiring Courtney Applethorn, Mr. Cole saw her potential to make him tons of money. He decided that her body was too spectacular for Kitty Burger alone, and that her assets were franchise-worthy. He bought the rights to open up a Reinbucks coffee shop in Castlewood, with Courtney as his star barista.
It was his choices during the initial ad campaign that doomed the project from the start. Wanting to make the most of having the biggest breasts he'd ever seen at his disposal, he came up with a signature drink for the Castlewood branch: "The Mega Milky Squeeze." Hundreds of flyers with that name and a picture of Courtney on it went out all over town, and it was there that the whole endeavor was over before it began.
Unfortunately for Mr. Cole, his choice of wording on those flyers led many to believe that Courtney would be supplying the milk for said drink from her own body, and when eager customers found she was unable (and unwilling, for the record) to lactate, most didn't take it well, and felt falsely advertised to.
Desperate not to lose out on his investment, Mr. Cole pleaded with Courtney to let him get her pregnant, just this once, as a favor. He promised that he'd make sure their baby ended up in only the finest of orphanages, but he failed to persuade Courtney in the end, and the business was shuttered after just a few weeks.
And so it was that Courtney returned to her job at Kitty Burger. She felt bad about Mr. Cole losing all that money because of her, but she still maintained that having his baby would have been wrong. He would ask again many times for various reasons while she was under his employ, however.

I want to go into it more when I can, but in my head I had it that Mr. Cole is just rolling in money, and pays the girls double or triple what they'd make anywhere else. Abbey makes the least because she doesn't have sex with him, but since he gets off on her disapproval he still pays her pretty well.

Good Lord, the size of those beauties if she did get pregnant. Well give it a few years. Though now I’m thinking if you’d ever do a pic of someone lactating? With someone new or an established mother during that stage.
