Y'know I totally get the whole "I'm bad with some details" thing. Sometimes with me it's like... I may have occasionally forgotten my ex's middle name when we were dating, but I never forgot how to prep the coffee machine just how she likes it before I go to bed, so all she has to do when she wakes up is flip the switch. Some details are more important to you than others.

It doesn't make Casey come across as dumb or insensitive. What it does - which I knew would happen - is show off that Casey doesn't care about the same things in their relationship that Abbey wants her to care about. Because Abbey's opinion of what their relationship should be is all in her own mind. Rather than a communication. Am I saying that Casey is blameless? No. What I am saying is that Abbey was never going to get what she wanted from Casey, even if Bria wasn't in the picture. Am I thinking too much about a smut comic? Maybe. But that's what happens when you write complex relationships in your smut. ^_^
