I did consider that. The fact is, every single non-canon pic I've ever done of Switch over the last eight years, she had the piercings. It just felt wrong to leave them out at this point, even if they don't make a ton of sense.

If you know Switch from the game, I'd say you know her well. In her debut comic I was still figuring out what I wanted her to be as a character. She didn't really become the Switch we know until the game.

I think a sudden transition between scenes and pages works pretty well when the comic is being reread after the fact. Especially in PDF format when you're just scrolling through. But for the week to week delivery having the jump on the same page is likely better. Personally I think the former is more effective unless the latter is going for a comedic juxtaposition. But that's just my two cents, I don't think I've ever been confused by a sudden jump so I might just be the wrong person to talk about it lol

Seems like the simple solution would be to conduct behavioral reprogramming by hanging him on chains and hooks like Pinhead from Hellraiser, while Switch goes to town on his ass with a Switch sized studded dildo, while also clockwork oranging his eyes to Lifetime cable tv or Oprah or something.

The thought occurs that I only actually know Switch from the video game. I may not be entirely aware of who she is as a person, which honestly was part of the climax of the game. But then, you have successfully characterized him as enough of a douche canoe, I believe is the technical term, that I can’t see I’d be too broken up if that transition cut covered him coming to a sticky end.

It's a good choice. Could've added a small panel of Vincent screaming to help ease the transition, but this works better than sudden transitions. Needs work, but better than the alternative.

She’s beautiful when she’s angry. All the time really, but wow, does she look good here. Hopefully Vincent is about to get a whole lot of other people’s feelings and memories. Seeing things from his former lovers perspective might round out his point of view. Adding incidental victims like his brother could drive the point home.
