A lot of "Switch" ended up being Casey searching for reasons to fill her lust but ended up making human connections, which were much better and healthier. Seems like she's fearing she'll lose that now. She's making "Crazy Eyes" but it's more desperate, with tears welling up- anxiety over losing it all. She's giving everyone else what they want for fear of losing them, which... also isn't the healthiest thing, but it's probably all she knows.
