She's their friend, why would they be? They just do what she says out of loyalty. They're scared of Elianna. Mary's assessment of Ellie's skills may not be completely accurate, but she knows formal training when she sees it, and Ellie's had the best money can buy since childhood.
I showed that Elianna practiced Kendo, but considering she was so distracted by boobs that she was immediately punished with a horny stick, the scene didn't exactly showcase the idea that she has any real skill to speak of. It will be awhile before it comes up again, so I thought you guys might like a sneak preview of the idea that Elianna can be pretty dangerous if she wants to be.
