If memory serves, the game outright tells you which one is canonical when you pick it.

There will be canonical answers in the comic for sure, I just want to wait until everyone who wants to has had a chance to play the VN before the comic starts outright spoiling what was canonical and what wasn't more than it already has. Such as how at this point it's fairly obvious the route where Isaac impregnates Raina wasn't the canon one.

is there a canonical-in-the-comic answer to which girl(s) Isaac picked in the game? Seems like it might have been Chloe, unless the story is that Chloe was peeping when a certain conversation happened.
