Miguel is meant to care about Liz, but the language barrier is heavy because she doesn't speak in a way that an English class will teach you. As for Abbey, I picture her as having especially hated Casey when they weren't getting along because as far as looks were concerned, Casey ticked all of Abbey's boxes. (More on THAT in a minute here.) So when Casey apologized, all that pent up passion was changed into extreme affection. As of this writing, Abbey is probably the closest member of the cast to agree with Elianna, actually. She doesn't really believe in sex for fun, she thinks it should be for love.

Casey and Abbey definitely have different approaches to sex in general. I don't think Abbey has to go on an Unga Bunga rampage or anything, but if she wants to really connect with her on that level she should broaden her experience somewhat.

The thought of Abbey essentianlly going on a Dragonball style training arc to be super skilled in lady love making just to win over Casey is a hilarious yet entertaining thought in my mind.

Taking this a step further, relationships are weird in TRW. There are some I get, on a friendship level and a romantic level. And some that have never made sense. Granted, a bunch of these are teenagers (and they're gonna be hormonal). But why is Liz fixated on Miguel? It doesn't feel like Miguel cares about her nearly as much, and is just going along with it. One of these days, I wonder if we're going to find out that the presence of the Crawlers is messing with the equilibrium of the town.

This answers a lot to start, and at the same time, makws me ask a lot more questions. Like, was she always obsessed with Casey? Because she also used to ostensibly Hate her during the Switch era. Was that hate masking an intense desire? She also very clearly desires Courtney, though wont act on that either. I'd presume maybe she doesn't want to turn Any friendships sexual, but I'm also starting to wonder if her desire for Casey is coming from some place that isn't her. Or it's an obsession that she mistakes for love.
