My guess (shot in the dark): Mandi's husband is Vincent's dad who either split up with or cheated on his mom. Because this is TRW world, fucking your dad's new wife is a completely logical means of getting revenge on them [see Isaac fucking Raina because a) she's a milf and b) he knew it'd piss off his dad]
