Ernest's Parents
🕑 Added 2025-04-28 01:22:57 +0000 UTCI needed an illustrative example of Ernest's parents (when they were in their 20s) for their heights when they're human vs transformed, then I threw in an adult Ernest to really show how big his dad was!
To recap: Ernest's dad was a rail road worker and his mother was a school teacher. They only had one kid because Felicity has always been pretty frail and had trouble conceiving. It was a very loving family... until around the time Ernest was 17 when the civil war started and his dad was killed by soldiers while he was following orders to dismantle train tracks. That's why Ernest became a soldier, for some kind of retribution.
Currently in the comic, Felicity (54) lives alone in the house her husband built in the country side about an hour drive from the urban center of the city state. Ernest pays for a nurse to take care of her during weekdays and every weekend he visits.
