Public release of Tentacles Thrive Alpha v2.12 and Progress update
🕑 Added 2018-06-01 07:36:50 +0000 UTC Both Public and Patreon releases are here! They are two equally important milestones of our development. One being the Save/Load implementation while the other is our core Battle gameplay.As requested, Save/Load is implemented before other features. Although it doesn't seem to have problems so far, please be advised that any potential bug can be game breaking and render the save useless. Another thing I would like to warn you guys here and in game is that as I continue to make more features, the save might become incompatible with newer versions.
Public version v2.12:
- Added Save/Load function
- Added birth graphic
- Bug fixed - undefined words in narrative during Explore
- Bug fixed - Dolphy's specialty no longer stackable

- Standalone Battle gameplay
Now that the core Battle is completed, I will be tweaking the mechanics from feedback as well as implementing it into our game. After which the following tasks will be resumed:
- Showcase new feature Instinct with placeholder
- Finish improving intelligence
- Illustrate more world backgrounds
- Add Skip button
- Implement Weta, Scrapper and Inuax scenes
- Work with VA for more voice assets
- Sync Red Lion, Weta, Scrapper and Inuax scenes
- Add lore for Scrapper and Inuax
- Add more stories for feature introduction
- Add more sound effects
- Add food, skin, minerals and herbs indicators to diary
- Develop Queen's Nest
- Implement consequence for running out of Food
- Ensure at least one monster remains in the inventory

- Adjust RP points in bonding
- Enable features to calculate result with Lv considered

No Newgrounds update this month as I have mentioned before. Attached two formats of the game. They have the same contents.
