Beware autumn update

after the deadline has been postponed many times, the Apple Arcade game I've been working on has finally been submitted today. Hurrah! This means I can finally get back to Beware :) I was already able to work a bit on the native VR version and just posted a download link for that - but judging from your past feedback (thank you!), I feel priority should be the non-VR version. Here's a short roadmap:
For now, no racing will be added - possibly in the future, if it fits the storyline.
I really like Quinn's suggestion to improve the AI's vision - it should be easier to hide/stay undetected
The enemy's behaviors should be more random, especially the repetitive chase trigger at the small dam, so that's something I'd like to do better.
I'll continue working on the storyline - and have a new idea for the player character's identity ;)
Further down the road, I'll be adding the two new terrains - this necessitates some work in optimizing performance, which will also help the VR version perform better.

Hey Ondrej, I'm adding comments as I work my way through each version so disregard this if its been addressed in more recent updates. You say "For now, no racing will be added - possibly in the future, if it fits the storyline." I agree 100%. This SHOULD NOT be a racing game - that's not what it is at all. It would cheapen the game play and make it far too childish. However having said that, I think racing could be added in the way of racing against TIME. For eg, Making it through a set of gates before they're locked. Or having to pick someone up before dark, or getting through a checkpoint before the goons arrive or boarding a car ferry before it leaves or something. This way you have to haul ass to make a certain checkpoint of perform a task within a given time period.

Hello, just became a patreon and i'm very exited to try the demos. I can't seem to find any link that hasn't expired though. What's with this stuff? Half of the messages here seem to be about expired links and i can see why - they're expired. If i understood correctly, the demos 006-008 contains all that's available ATM. Would it be possible to make some kind of sticky post with working links. This is very confusing.
