On thing I don't get while reading this is Satsuki's mindset. Suppose there was a loophole to force Kota back into the academy. She's about to graduate and he has no incentive to actually be a child soldier or follow the teacher's instruction. Even if he's placed into some accelerated course, the guy could still fail out of sheer spite for doing this to him. Dude would be mighty passed his friend forced this situation on him just because Satsuki wants someone who can keep up with her. Would passing him off be worth that desire for a rival that badly?

He can spend points on ‘Personal Techniques: Individual X.’ That will give him personalized Justus they came up with at genin, then chunin, then jounin, elite jounin, then Kaye with each subsequent point. So five months total to learn a kage's secret stash of techniques.

Question. By the rules of how Kota's power works, could it be used to steal the techniques of enemy villages? ie spend a point of potential on say, the Raikage's lightning armor or the secret behind Tsuchikage's dust release (given it's not apparently a bloodline), or closer to home something like the 4th Hokage's Flying Thunder God? I know there is a no magic limitation but given Fuinjutsu and Chakra Control are available it seems doable. Not for Kota himself but if his ability came out it seems like an obvious way for how the village might make him serve if it came out.
