As I understand it, you can create different links with different permissions to the same document. So you can just genearte the link to a view-only version and post it, then make a link to a suggestion version visible to the higher tier.

I’ve fixed the issue, though I may need to look into alternatives if this keeps up. Might see about keeping a separate doc on the 5$ tier with suggestion permissions and the 3$ is view-only.

For anyone irritated by the line-out saboteur, if you click the drop-down that says 'suggesting' in the upper right of the UI and select 'viewing' instead, that will hide all comments and suggestions.
