Anyway, have fun with it. The next chapter of the main story is proving a little frustrating. I should have it out either over the weekend or early next week.

1) No Tracing ability. Alt-Kotaro has chakra not magecraft. 2) What he's lost isn't actually his mutation, it's his knowledge of how his Inspired Inventor stuff actually works. He can totally keep getting charges providing there's nothing stopping him. 3) Dormouse will be a later event chain, yes.

His metaphysical mutation is what provides the charges, and is one of the things stripped away (alongside yin-yang manipulation, Hagaromo's techniques, cooking, horology, and mechanical computers).

Stark's gonna have some competition on the Supergenius Businessman scale. Shirou Emiya's Archery skills? Oh wow, he's gonna be sniping from miles away! Does he get the Tracing ability to summon a Bow and Arrows too?

As stated, Alt-Kota looks to be in his mid-teens (14-16), so his feet are likely smaller than those of full-grown male soldiers. In that case, he has three pairs of socks he can steal to make up the difference.
