Welp, there goes that fantasy. Jking cuz Magecraft in this setting could be a sight to behold. Though would magecraft degrade? Since there wouldn't be a Gaea to say "get that shit outta here!"?

Slayer Anderson

Good idea, might go for it!

I wonder if Mark would be interested in a Quarian-made envirosuit? Even if you had to strip out the sci-fi gadgetry to make it affordable. Given that Quarians spend most of their adult life in those suits, I imagine they've gotten pretty good at making them comfortable, durable, and secure. Sounds perfect for someone in constant danger of... life on Mars in general, really.

Izuku will largely remain a side-piece. There might be one or two chapters down the line focuses on him being sent on an 'errand' at some point, but rest assured that will mostly involve him panicking and screaming as something or someone tries to kill/eat him.

Gonna be honest, great concept but Izuki as a character grates on my nerves. Your writing is very good and everyone is in character, just personal preference really. Hopefully if this one continues it focuses more on the MC than Izuki.

Good Stuff

Slayer Anderson

This version of Izuku isn't likely to get OFA. He'll have to make due with what he buys from Nova and what he can scrounge from wherever his missions as an errand boy take him.

Thanks, fixed it in the doc.

Thanks for the chapter! Just with those 3 Basic Abilities, Izuku will be a pretty good hero. Toss in One for All, and I wonder how insane his Magecraft might become? A Reinforced body might make him able to use above 50% of OFA from the beginning, and it the Supercharged energy of OFA might make his Projections and Alterations permanent. Or at least Long-Lasting!

Pretty sure it's Gradation Air, the inverse of degradation. The changing of simple molecules found in the atmosphere into a more complex structure that eventually degrades back to air.
