Interesting perspective! My takeaway from this post is that she "tastes" her guests emotions just so that she can be the best, and most accommodating host she can be for her parties so that everyone can have fun. That's true that the line from the song could imply that she feeds off her party guests. But I think if nothing else, this post confirms that her relationship with her guests is a partnership. And not that she puts on a fake facade to hide some sort of secret, evil intent. Which is what a lot of people seem to think

This post doesn't seem to contradict that; if Bee needs her guests' emotions, then she's going to some trouble to make sure they're mostly positive ones. That's pretty admirable.
