Great health tips as always Rain. I haven't been eating alot of fruit lately and my digestion has not been very good. Natural fibre seems to be key. You are definately right about that important litre of water first thing in the morning. I remember you doing a video about that a while back. When I started doing it I could cope so much better at work in the mornings. So thankyou for the guidance. xx
