ご丁寧に説明していただきありがとうございます！決済システムの問題に関して知識不足で申し訳ないです。決済方法を楽天ペイだけに限るのは困る方も居そうですので、今後はBOOTHでの多言語コンテンツは販売せずに他サービスでの提供を検討します。

※機械翻訳を使うことにあらかじめご了承ください。序論は省略して、現在BOOTHの決済システムには大きな問題があります。日本国内で発行されるクレジットカードでない限り、全ての海外発行クレジットカードのBOOTH決済が基本的に遮断される現象があります。この現象は、2020年1月から発生した問題で、原因は不明です。 BOOTHの場合、PayPal決済は基本的にR-18決済ができません。そのため、BOOTHでR-18コンテンツを海外のユーザーが決済するためには、必ず日本国内で発行されるクレジットカードを使用するか、その代案として楽天ペイを使用することができます。楽天ペイは決済の承認と製品DLの処理が非常に遅いというデメリットがありますが、今のところ代案がありません。今後も、海外向けの翻訳DL版の販売をご希望でしたら、楽天ペイの使い方や決済方法をご案内したほうがいいと思います。拙見をお読みいただき、ありがとうございます。

Wow, thank you so much for your attention and effort towards to international audiences! I wished something like this since I first discovered your artworks because I really like them, but as a someone who doesn't speak Japanese I always had to use Google translator to read the contexts. So, thank you again for providing multiple language options! But unfortunately, I'm having same issue with Keg, I'm keep failing on making payment with my Visa card, no matter how many times I try. It's really weird because I don't have any trouble supporting you monthly on Fanbox using my Visa card, so I think there's maybe something wrong with payment system of Booth. And also, Paypal just doesn't work at all, I can't even select that payment option. (It says PayPal決済不可商品が含まれているため、PayPal決済を選択できません。) So yeah, I'll be glad if you can find different way to list your artwork, or even just post them on Fanbox.(I support monthly anyway so honestly, that'll be the best for me. :-D)
