A reward I would enjoy (but I don't know about how many others) would just be the posting of all of your videos to Patreon for download, just so I don't have to use YouTube. That way it's like a little TheAnimeMan subscription service, I don't have to wait for ads, and I can watch at home where internet is more limited. I don't know if Patreon does this though, I've never actually used it. And if not for download, then at least viewing.
