Super hot, but at the same time, quite sad with how the archer girl died. The doctor's betrayal is such an oof huge sad, then she kinda just died. Makes sense narratively though, hes kinda snapped. The revive/brain fucking/nipple fucking all top tier as always (though wish you'd do more clothed play, shit becomes a lot less hot when they're naked, but thats a fetishist talking.) The tease at the very end is SUPER hot, but shame, I hope theres some more alive girls...! The doctor doing the cutting is a bit less sexy (personally, though again, him failing the darkest dungeon sanity check makes a whole lotta sense narratively at this point)
