I have to reduce my time in the computer and my afternoon naps, but I think you have gain something (I Hope so)

You're not alone my friend. I've been having insomnia as well, being a dad isn't easy i expected to be! My wife's pregnant still. I've been having these moments where i can't think, having a severe stress isn't fun to mess with, follow by a small headache, i'm lucky isn't a migraine. You've probably heard of my wife's health a lot, i've talked about recently in the past, her health isn't getting better, she's pregnant, first time seeing this happen!
