Maya, as far as I can tell, has basically spent the last few centuries or so (at LEAST) wandering around Throne, casually wielding immense power, and complaining nonstop to anyone within earshot about how much being a swordswoman sucks and how she really wishes she was a noodle vendor. Which seems very cool and dramatic and existentially challenging at first, but is also kind of embarrassing and pointless when you really think about it. Like, it can't be THAT hard to be a noodle vendor. Just stop moping around and open up your damn shop, lady!
