Roof Scaling Bracer: Art (PNGs)

I have not played Halo Infinite yet, which was the first thing my editor asked me when receiving this item. I had a lingering urge to update the Hooked Shot Mechanic, and had a lovingly crafted bracer art.
Keeping it low tier while multiply functional was important to me, though simplifying it would be a rather easy task. It is built around a few established 5e landmarks while treading some pathways of its own. I always love testing the boundaries, and getting to know what you think.
Thought as always, are very welcome!
Updates: Small Art Touch and Grammar Fix.
Truly, as always and ever sincerely, Thank You.

Description:
This bracer is composed of several layers, with a core spool of high tension wire. Working out from there, is leather support strapping and the first level of metal layering, protecting the cable with bands of steel and a layer of bronze. Atop of the gauntlet are even more layers of metal, protecting the arm from the compressions and pulleys that jettison a pronged spike. These moving parts, all miraculously contained with the housing of this metallic bracer with hints of tinkering and arcana.
Tabs:
- This item must be worn to function, taking 1 Minute to Don or Doff due to complex layering and straps.
- This bracer houses a cable that is 30ft and can support up to 350lbs, this cable can be launched as an Action to attach to a surface.
- As a Bonus Action the user can retract cable, pulling the user to the point of attachment.
- If attached to the surface of a Small or Tiny object, they can pull this object towards them instead.
- Piercer Shot: As an Action targeting a creature in range, the user makes a Ranged Melee Attack against the target. If the attack hits, the creature takes 1d4 Piercing damage and if the creature is Medium or Smaller is dragged 15ft towards the user.
- Wrapping Shot: As an Action, the user can attempt to bank the wire and grapple a Medium or Smaller creature within range. The creature must make a DC:13 Dexterity Saving throw or become Grappled of an Failure. The creature can attempt to break out of the grapple as an Action on subsequent turns.
- The cable must be retracted back to the user before firing again.
