Arcane Seal Wax: One-Sided.

I really… like paranoid players. If you pop this into a game once, especially a spycraft and intrigue game. The players will have to be on the look for it from that point onwards.
I think this, even as a simple item, adds a whole new level to a web of intrigue game so I hope it gets some use. You can even see if some of your players get ahold of it and begin to use the seals as makeshift ‘Alarm’ spells.
Let me know what you think and I hope your table gets some use out of it.
Updates: Color changes and Texture Updates!
Truly, as always and ever sincerely, Thank You.

Description:
This sealing wax always has a crest or specific imprint molded upon it during creation. While not crucially in demand, its silver flecked seal is always greeted with trust and assurance by couriers and recipients. Enough to ward off all but the most determined prying eyes, it is seen as the arcane standard for delivering secure correspondence.
Tabs:
- As an Action, the user can hold the wax stick over a source of heat or flame and melt a portion to make a Seal. This can be done a total of 6 times before the Wax Stick is expended.
- Once used in this way, the wax forms a Seal onto the surface it is dripped upon. The crest and shape of the Seal matches the imprint of the Wax Stick.
- This Seal will stay in place until opened or tampered with. When opened a mental alarm alerts the user who placed the seal if within 10 Miles of the Seal. The ping will awaken the user if they are sleeping.
- Once this feature is expended as a Seal, the remaining wax becomes Mundane and fades in color.
