Dedicated to one of the first magic items I ever encountered, in the glory days of Diablo 1. This is a testament to its unique set of rags.
This item came in two rarities, but Very Rare without attunement seemed to win out so that has this final upload. If you want to see the rare version, comment and I'll add it to this post.

Description:
This clothing is nothing but a pile of stuck together leathers and rags. Being soaked in rubbish and splatters blood, these rags hold a disturbing ire. When closely examined, the tatters can be seen as patches of flesh from various creatures stitched together with ash covered thread. These morbid threads hold dark secrets and darker magic bound together with these chunks of flesh.
Tabs:
- As an Action, the user is able to expend up to their Proficiency Bonus in Hit Die, regaining the Hit Points rolled.
- Growth of Flesh: As an Action, the user can regain Hit Points equal to their Constitution Modifier (Minimum of 1) at the end of their turn for the next 1 Minute. Once activated, this feature cannot be used again until the next Desk.
- If the user would drop to 0HP but not be killed outright, they instead drop to 1HP and are not rendered Unconscious, this ends the effect.
