It took me two tries to get through this one. I love 'baby' and 'angel' even 'my little girl's but hearing 'daughter' was a bit too much for me. I'm sure you know a lot of people into "S&M", like me, have issues that stem from childhood

I agree, it sucks that young people are taught to feel shame when they're just learning to express their sexuality. It's just adults passing on their sexual insecurities to the next generation. Learning to overcome it can be a long journey, and lots of people never make it. I haven't seen Nymphomaniac. In fact I've not seen many of Lars Von Trier's movies... As much as I believe art doesn't need to be all sunshine and smiles, I went through a big phase of watching 'difficult' movies when I was a bit younger, and eventually I started to feel like I was torturing myself with dark & intense cinema. I still watch movies like that regularly but for some reason, every time I consider a LVT movie, I think about it for a while and then decide - I don't think I can do this today. But maybe I'll download it, I can put it in my folder and face it when I'm feeling ready 😀
