That's not a werewolf you're hearing over in my direction, that's me scrambling to find my headphones. Not even four minutes in and already appreciating vocabulary choices that make for great double meanings within the story while still being entirely too charming at times. Me: Tinder is the reason I avoid Tinder. Also me, hearing myself being described as a PYT: You're full of it, but keep talking. Friiiiick... If this was a series so that included a longer seduction time with no immediate red flags and a more switchy nature where he's also fine with sexual aggressiveness towards him he would be exactly the kind of toxic guy I would have trouble avoiding and could have way too much fun with until the jealous and demanding nature really started ticking me off (more leeway if I can be the same in return). Kind of surprised not to hear mention of a knot, but dayum this is hot and I love it.

A lot of the best monsters have an aura of sadness behind the savagery, I think. There's a vampire series I've been slowly working on for the last few months which leans heavily into this.
