Google Drive says that this file was requested too much times during the last period. Seems that they trying to *save their pussies* from too much infiltrations ;) (I no way try to insult Google in something if someone of them reading this, just a joke) Mega is more resilent in this case...
also i did it with mega and it was version 3 and not 3.1
still not version 3.1 and the link on GDrive doesnt work
