No. Miko is trying to convey that Thomas doesn't want the relationship and therefor the breakup will be from him, even if it's through her. But when she finds out Gwen is going to break up with Thomas, she doesn't think she can be happy with a boy who got rejected by a girl like Gwen, despite her being formerly attracted to him.

Oi, this crap where you're a "loser" if the girl breaks up the relationship. Kids are stupid. What was this plan with Miko supposed to do? She went straight for Gwen to presumably break them up, but if Miko doesn't want Gwen to break the relationship, what was Miko planning on telling Gwen if Gwen WAS still infatuated with him? Convince her to treat him like shit to force his hand to break the relationship? I don't see how that plan would have worked. Unless I am completely misunderstanding something obvious here.
