try to get the british lavender as it's more potent than the european. it also helps with breathing complaints or cold. also said to lessen the effects of the dreaded 'pmt'.

That's a good idea. Think I'll get a lavender plant from the jardineria π Just got some peppers, chilli's and Tom's in some pots... Never grown chilli or pepper, I'm so excited. π₯°ππ S xx

Now that sounds divine! Mint is one of the best scents ever - well I think so anyways π Used to keep dry lavender when we were in Wales, but never knew to light it ππ‘ππ

get some fresh mint. takes all the leaves off and shape it into a cigar shape and use fine cotton to 'noop' it together. let dry for a month, hanging from somewhere. you'll have your very own 'smudge stick'. use a lighter ti light the end and it burns like a 'josh stick'. sending positive 'ions into your rooms. also works brilliantly with lavender or sage. nice view though.
