Hermaphroditism would be a type of intersex condition, but since there are no actual recorded cases of a fully functional human hermaphrodite, you're correct that it's not the appropriate term to ever use IRL. In furry fantasy land with our fictional characters, they can be an *actual* hermaphrodite, though. Granted, Thomas is shitposting, but that distinction should be made.
