Abe did say it was a shitty gym back in Basil 2. He was right! It's not a very good or uplifting place. Basil's going to have to try extra hard now that his money is sunk into this place.

This guy is just really creepy to me. Not to mention the environment for his employees and clientele is very toxic. A gym should be an uplifting place where you receive good care from the staff and understanding from its patrons. At least that’s the ideal version of one anyway.
