250 Water Mill

So I wanted to make a good or at least mechanically passable mill map. This is a water mill. I'm by no means an expert in mechanical systems but I wanted the machinery in this map to make sense. So I researched a little on how actually mills work and went for a two-stepped milling process with this one. It's supposed to more or less be feasible.
I've included detailed descriptions of each area in the PDF document, along with a few adventure hooks for adventure in or sprawling from this location. Included are also a few variants of this map for varied purposes.

well... that's a great question! I've apparently used an unfinished version of the illustration which has no way to do so. There is a hand ladder on the south side of the room (not shown). Thanks for pointing this out, I'll upload a fixed version of all files and PDF later today.
Question: How do you get to the upper floors of the mill? I don't see stairs, ladder, or elevator.
