The dragon found a way to use an arcane device in his lair to extract people's souls and become a powerful spellcaster. A group of valiant adventurers rushes to the scene with the hope of saving as many of the missing travelers as possible. They have heard that a medium-sized population of kobolds follows the dragon around and worships it.
This adventure has it all. There are roleplaying opportunities, underground exploration, and a BBEG dragon with obscure intentions.

Nice this is great one shot adventure or the start to a new Boss villain for a campaign. Really well thought out and great details. I like the personality created for the dragon and the insight into his thought and action when claiming his new lair. The new items and the personalities of the local people is just icing on the cake! Thanks again!
