It's been on my mind since his (Makarov's) death...This is set after Mavis had that talk with the guild and Gajeel comforted her with those famous words. Gajeel and Makarov have a heartwarming talk before the menace of Alvarez comes... Please tell me what you think ^__^

OMG! Thank you for this comic. It was so good and really heart warming. I love the guidance Makarov gives Gajeel. He is such a wonderful father figure to the guild's members, but its especially important for Gajeel's character development. This comic had lots of wonderful things including the color pallet. The content was enough, there was no need for color. And the black and white sets a good tone for their conversation. This is a great piece, one of my top favorites from you.

I'm so glad you approve of the black and white style for this comic since I just couldn't picture it in my head with colors, had to be done this way so I was concerned it might be perceived as incomplete since most of my work is done in colors. I'm glad it wasn't that way and the vibe I wanted to give was received well! That you think this could have happened warms my heart the most, I'm always aiming for that feel as well so I'm so so happy for that. I think Gajeel grew up a lot during that year and Makarov just inspires that much trust in him to be so open plus now that he's dead I didn't want to leave that issue between them left untouched. Levy was the catalyst for Gajeel's growth into this good man but Makarov opened the doors.

There are so many things I wanna tell you, Rusky ç.ç I'll be brief... well, I'll try. First of all, the nail in the drink is amusing ahaha. I love this conversation so intimate between Gajeel and the Master. Makarov is such a good father, Gajeel needed his words. And the fact that he has open his heart to him shows how he's grown. The part with Levy is just too cute and touching. You draw my headcanon, because I think that what you realize with your art is what really happened. My heart has speeded up reading and watching your last page, they are so in love it's almost painful. And marvelous. Furthermore, the black and white paint make it more intense, I really like it, good choice. As always, thank you Rusky for your perfect job and for sharing it with us.
