About the billing cycle

I paused the billing cycle 4 days ago but I just got a notification that says "We are going to start charging your patrons for November on November 1st."
I'm doing this first time so I don't know if I did something wrong or this is the regular way but I sent a mail to patreon support about this notification.

i got my bill and i was not charged for you so i would say the billing pause as worked for me
