Funny bit, I'm unsure if Blossoming Love and Camp Makyagal should share universes, thought it would be weird to have two japanese characters interacting, but only one of them has anime eyes (which would be the BL ones).
I thought about making Blossoming Love be part of a distinct universe - one where the world works under anime logic, and there are much more women than men - thus making it the "Harem-verse" - that was CREATED by the wish from TG Harem.
hahaha tell me, am I tripping and overcomplicating things?

Honestly them sharing a universe and the mass transformations being a result of that wish all work together. Creates a great excuse for why certain people are just randomly transformed into women and let's you do fun shenanigans/references.

If you want to have more complex stories, multiple universes works fine, but otherwise I'm not clear on the benefits. That said, this turned out great.

I think them sharing a universe is fine. It overcomplicates things a bit to try and justify why they shouldn't be. In my opinion, the only seperate universes should be the defacto AUs, like the Goths & Geeks AU for the Maykagal girls and vice versa. It leqves crossover type references possible, but its not like they are gonna bump into each other often.
