These days I caught myself reading it, and thinking how cool would be to expand or do a book related to the idea.

I want "Good Guys(girls)" side to have 5 girls - while "Bad Guy" side has 3.
For GGirls side I'm thinking:
Captain - Goes from a veteran to a "rookie" on her first mission leading the MOE♡FORCE, while trying to ight her new instincts of being a hothead protagonist that makes speechs about friendship
Sniper - a slightly gothish girl type in outfit, but mostly quiet but very chill, honestly I like the vibe that purple hair girl has on that caption,
Medic - Need to find a mix of cute and clumsy with kind of weirdly fine with
Grenadier - Tsundere - OR - Gunslinger with dual revolvers and a cowboy type - not sure which to go with (which you prefer?)
Vanguard - (like a melee defensive fighter with a riot shield, maybe a big tomboysh girl type or a bit of a gyaru),
For Bgirls:
Ace - Leader of them, smug but kind of bratty loser girl, uses a jetpack,
Mechanist - Mad scientist girl, uses a bunch of drones, creates mooks, probably has somethign that cures her team too,
Ronin - Serious no-nonsense katana wielding girl, except when she sees MC, when she turns into an ineffective giggling shy girl,
In general they all should have a vibe of young normal girls with some weird mix added to them.
>In general the story follows as our protags on the MOE♡FORCE, try protecting MC Reseacher (now turned into a proper Harem protag) and deliver him to their goal in the hopes of getting turned back - while suddenly falling in love with him unnable to fight their new Harem trope instincts.

WHAT YOU GUYS THINK? ANYHTING YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE INCLUDED OR CHANGED?
Also haha, not exactly working on this right now. While I'm into the idea, something like this would probably work better as a story or book, so I'd need to find a writer into it.

Oh yeah, this is the take I was going for the leader, and that is sort of the vibe for the Ace. The rival leader (Ace) is the pilot in this case, hence the name (and her fighting with a jetpack). I coul perhaps make the leader the childhood friend. Ooooh.... >Merc leader's son used to be best friends with MC (before he died)

I loved that caption the concept sounds awesome and I've come up with some ideas 1. I think the leader pre transformation should be older and more grizzled than the other mercenaries (like from about 40 to 60 or so to show experience) this would make the change into a peppy rookie more hilarious in my eyes. 2. You described the rival leader as being bratty and I immediately thought ojou (with curls of course) I also think I would be great if when in front of others she would act all high and mighty but if she gets to be alone with the mc she would turn all sweet (example: they manage to capture the mc and she insists on doing the interrogation/torture herself and less than halfway through she's asking if he needs anything bonus points if he somehow tricks her into a maid outfit) 3. I don't think you mention what happened to the pilot during the change but here's an idea how about having him turn into a plain-looking (still pretty just not as much as the other mercenaries turned girls) yandere who joins the rival team with the intention of backstabbing them in order to take mc for herself. 4. This can really apply to any of the girls (though personally I think it works best for the leader) that one of the mercenaries has been on a job or several protecting mc before and this changes to them becoming childhood friends after the change.

The idea that they are aware that they are artificially in love with him and want to change back, but also don't want to is an interesting angle to explore. Especially if you are willing to lean more in to the psychological aspects of dealing with your altered personality and feelings while also kbowing they are fake but it's what you feel.

Honestly, the gunslinger/grenadier could be the Gyaru, that way she can be just as loud and flashy as her explosives
